I went out for an x-mas dinner with a few friends on Monday, this was the look I went with. Also got a hair cut

desperately need a hair cuttt,
Hey, i'm making an appointment to get my hair cut and i have NO idea what to do with my hair.
I have basically had it the same way for the past year or so, just a longer version as the time goes by. My ends are dead and they need to be cut off about an inch or so because i want my hair to look super healthy again.
I've always had a ton of layers and even though it's just the style, it always makes my ends look less healthy, or split, so i'm thinking of having a less layered style at the bottom.

Uhmm, here's a picture. Natural, and then Straight.

Any suggestions at all? I have no clue what to do with it, and my bangs.
Pictures would be nice please.

Sadly, Rite Aid was not carrying the Platinum Duo from the L'Oreal HIP line, the one EVERYONE was telling me to get, haha.. so I still got a L'Oreal shadow, but a MUCH cheaper one. Almost all of the other eyeshadows from the line that I got were 75% off, which meant they were only a little over a DOLLAR. So I threw one of the clearance stickers on it because Rite Aid has weird sales and they didn't question it. Whatevz, I'm kind of broke.

I ended up really liking this look, except for the fact that one of my eyelashes is looking a littttle crooked in these pictures. Ignore that if you can, haha.

So I've prettttty much decided, after all this time growing out my hair..i want a pixie again.

Or i can grow my hair out? I literally have no idea what to do about my hair. haha. It's really sad and ridiculous.

So it's pixie and keep it up, and remember to wear makeup to look like a girl,

Or grow it out, and wear clip in extensions whenever? Or keep the bob thing, and add layers...which is kinda boring me right now, and i feel doesnt flatter my cheekbones as much as i wish it did.

I cut off my disconnection i had, but now i think the back is a lil longer than the front, and I've been wearing my hair natural which has become wavy...which i like.

can i pull it off? am i too pale? should i even try? ( i have naturally dark eyebrows, but i know that i wouldn't mind having those with my light hair) i understand the damage impending upon my hair, but i really want something new.

got a much needed haircut yesterday

My hair was pretty fried from it being bright red and then blue and I really hate having long bangs so I got it chopped yesterday. I also got a ton of it pulled out during a fight (hahahahaha :[) so it generally needed some fixing.

okay. i have a very bad history with my hair. ever since i was little i had insane curls. once i got to about 5th grade and began to take care of my hair without the help of my mother, my hair got super frizzy. it was awful. i always wore it in a ponytail and i absolutely hated it. i became known for my poofball of a head! then about one year ago i got this procedure done to take away a ton of the frizz (not chemical straightening). more after the cut (pic happy. beware):

ohkay. i'm trying to grow my hair out and to distract me from the soon to be awkward phase i decided i'm going to dye my hair. i'm not sure if i want to go darker or lighter, but i was sort of leaning towards a reddish-brown colour.

advice would be great. :3

ugh idk what to do anymore
ok so i'm having a little problem. my hair is about shoulder length and i can where my bangs as straight across fringe down to about my eyebrows but normally i push them over the the left. sadly i don't have any pictures of it down.

i compulsively pull my hair (aka trichotillomania) and because of it, my hair is so uneven its not even funny. i always have to wear my hair up because its so bad. like it kind of looks like i tried to shave the whole left side of my head and its starting to grow back but that's not the case, i've pulled it that much. the right side isn't as bad but if i were to wear my hair down you'd be able to tell because the back is way longer than the front on the right side and it looks like i just chopped part of it off.

so basically the left side of my head looks shaved and i look like i have a big rat tail.

I have been on an anti-straightener spree for a couple of months now...

Does anyone have any experience with Manic Panic's Flashlightning 30 Volume Bleach Kit? Can you tell me about it?
I usually use the stuff from Sally's (either Wella Wellite or the store brand), but one of my friends gave me the Manic Panic since they didn't need it. I was just wondering if it was any good, or if I should go get a different kind from Sally's.
I checked the memories, but didn't see anything about this.

I have one more question. I want to do the lower layer of my hair bright blue. I've already bought SFX's Blue Haired Freak (but may buy Blue Mayhem if Blue Haired Freak turns out too light). Right now, I have brown hair. This is the best picture I have of it right now. Should I keep the brown on top, or dye the top layer black? For reference, this is when I had black on top and atomic pink on the bottom. I know it's not a very good picture, but that's all I can find. Thanks :)

I have a quick question about lipstick. Since I have empty MAC make up containers, I was planning on participating in Back 2 MAC and getting a free lipstick tomorrow (well more like later today) :D. I am just wondering, if any of you lovely ladies (and gents) on here would know a good nude lipstick for me. I am a NC45 foundation and powder.

i need help! i want to take around four inches off put some face framing layers in and some shorter layers in the back to add volume. any ideas or pictures would be great. thanks!

First, let me apologize if the cut did not work correctly, and let me know so I can fix it. Now, I have posted somewhat of a hair history, at least the pictures I have available. I would like to say that my hair is naturally wavy, and most these pictures I have straightened it. I prefer to wear it wavy. I am very willing to cut and dye in anyway. I was originally thinking asymmetrical, my only hesitation would be my wavy hair. Another option is straight across bangs, but once again with the wavy hair... Would also love to grow it long, but I have a long face and I don't want to look like a horse. Talk to me. ( Click )
